Renee created the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, and has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. She has worked with all types of people, from competitive athletes to the physically challenged. Renée loves seeing her clients' progress through proper coaching in nutrition and exercise.
Resistance training, practicing yoga, moderate cardio and proper diet are the key elements in her physical and mental well-being and where she has found her passion for helping others reach their goals.
Having retired from a successful career in Marketing & Advertising, Billy is now focused on his true passion: helping others overcome the myriad obstacles preventing them from being their personal best. He goes beyond the mechanics of proper weight training, and helps his clients achieve the mindset that will virtually guarantee success.
