We start with a video call to discuss your personal fitness goals. We will help you refine your goals, reflect on previous attempts to achieve them and begin the "game planning" process. Once you've committed to specific goals, we begin building your program.
24 Hours (usually less) after your initial consultation, you will receive a link to download our fitness app. Phase One of your training program will be preloaded and ready to use. Each exercise proscribed will include a detailed description and an embedded video showing proper form.
Your personalized nutritional guidance and food journal are also accessed through the app. You will also have the ability to message us from the app.
As your body adapts it is important to make changes to the program on a regular basis. Even if a particular Phase still seems challenging, slight adjustments make a huge difference. Your program includes unlimited phases that change every 6 weeks.
Approximately every 4 weeks we will have another video call to review your progress relative to the game plan. These calls are an essential part of personalized coaching as they provide feedback to both the coach and the client.
